Terms of service
In effect from September 13, 2026.
OneTap is a service of Innovations Beyond, a small company in the United States. Using a OneTap card or account means you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].
What OneTap is
A physical card that sends the phone that taps it to a web address you choose, plus an account to manage that. Every card works free on Starter. Some features are paid, per card.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Anyone who can read your email can manage your cards, so keep that account safe. You must be 18 or older and setting up cards for a business.
Your links and content
You choose where each card sends people, and you are responsible for that address and for any logo, tagline and links you add. You are also responsible for following the rules of the sites you send people to. In particular, Google's rules for reviews say a business must not ask only its happy customers for reviews or discourage the unhappy ones, and Yelp asks businesses not to request reviews at all. The optional "How was your visit?" step is off by default; turning it on is your decision and your responsibility.
We can switch a card off if it is used to send people somewhere harmful, deceptive or unlawful. If that happens, the card's page in your account says so and how to reach us.
Plans and payment
Starter is free. Pro and Elite are priced per card, monthly or annually, at the prices on the home page and shown again before you confirm. A plan is optional: a card works on Starter without one. When you put a card on a paid plan, the amount shown is charged right away, and the plan renews at the end of each period, monthly or annually, until you change it. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax that may apply.
Changing or stopping a plan
Move any card to another plan, or back to Starter, at any time under Plans in your account. Moving up is charged the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving down is not charged and not refunded: the card keeps the plan you paid for until the end of the period already paid for, and the cheaper plan starts then. Taking a card back to Starter works the same way: the card keeps its paid features until the end of the period already paid for, then it is free.
Payments are not refunded. We do not refund or credit money already paid, in whole or in part, for any reason: a plan change, a card you stop using, or an account you close. What you have paid for you keep until the period it covers has ended. Switching between monthly and annual billing gives nothing back for the period you are in; the new billing starts when that period ends.
If a payment fails, the card keeps its paid features for 14 days while you update your payment details. After that it goes back to Starter and keeps working with one link.
The card
The card works with most phones. The card is bought separately, as a one-time purchase, in the Innovations Beyond shop, which states its price and delivery; the shop's own terms cover that purchase. If a card does not work when it arrives, email us.
Availability and responsibility
We are a small company and we run OneTap with care, but we do not promise it will be available at all times or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost reviews, lost business or other indirect loss, and what we owe you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
Ending
You can stop at any time: move your cards to Starter, and email us if you want your account deleted. We can end or change the service, or these terms, with notice on this page. A change that affects what you pay applies from your next bill after we tell you.
